RFIC Engineering

Job Location : Cupertino, California, USA

Job Function : The Design engineer will be responsible for design of radio front-end transceiver ICs such as LNA, Mixer, VCO, PLLs, VGA, or Driver, etc. in CMOS or BiCMOS for wireless applications. Work closely with layout engineers as well as do own layouts and verify their functionality. Work with board design engineer to design test boards. Test prototypes and assist in development of production test.

Job Qualification : Have interest and ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment.

Have good intuitive and mathematical understanding of transistor-level design, sensibility analysis
Ph.D/MSEE with a minimum of 8 years' experience in CMOS or BiCMOS RFIC design
Proficiency using HSPICE, Spectre, SpectreRF Cadence design tools
Experience in designing LNA, Mixer, or VCO RFICs
Experience in taking 2 or more designs from specification to working chips
